Please take time to read! I just want to share the Power of Malunggay


As a first time mom, lagi ako nagbabasa ng mga blogs at nanunuod sa youtube about the different tips para sa mga nutritious food para kay baby. Luckily, nabasa ko ung about sa malunggay. Before, lagi nagkakasipon baby ko at ubo. Ang dami na nireseta sa kanya na gamot pero di nman nawala yung ubo’t sipon niya, pabalik balik lang, until nalaman ko yung about this. Kaya kahit gaano ako kabusy as a teacher, mother and a wife, pinagtiyatiyagaan ko gawin yung malunggay extract everyday.. And it so amazing, di na nagkakaubo at sipon baby ko, kahit anong init at lamig, kahit saan pa kami magpunta ok na ok pa rin siya, pati ung halak niya nawala na rin. Bumilis din ung pag gain niya ng weight. Actually, mas ok pa ito kaysa sa mga vitamins. Even his pedia noticed the improvement.. For all the moms out there sana makatulong ito sa inyo. 



Just follow the directions:

1. Kumuha ng malunggay ( make sure to wash your hands before doing it)
2. Hugasan ng 3 beses
3. Durugin at kunin ang katas
4. Patakan ng onting lemon or calamansi
5. Ipainom kay baby, pwede gumamit ng dropper
.

Note: Hindi pwede patagalin yung malunggay extract masisira agad, kaya araw araw talaga dapat gawin ( konting tiyaga lang naman para kay baby). Hindi rin maganda yung lasa, pero ok na rin yun, at least natitrain natin yung mga babies natin na kumain ng masustansiyang pagkain habang bata pa sila. Yung baby ko din ayaw na ayaw niya nung una.. pero ngayon “favorite” na🀣. At Syempre dapat kahit gaano tayo ka busy please don’t forget to take care of ourselves. ( Kung ano ang itsura natin, reflection yun kung anong klase ng husband meron tayo. Hindi naman masama kung gumastos at maglaan din tayo ng oras para sa mga sarili natin.)
